Ayorinde had his first degree in Accounting and MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University ile-ife Osun State. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) that deals with IT Governance. Ayorinde is a highly experienced accountant with over ten years in Auditing, Trade finance, Accounting Software Implementation, Foreign Operations and Tax Management with United Bank for Africa Plc, Great Consulting, Lagos State Internal Revenue and Omatek Computers at top management position and also acquired top class experience at both trainee and senior levels in the industry.

He has attended many courses both in Nigeria and Overseas.
